Signature Shakers add personality to parties and beverage service.
(Marina del Rey CA, January 30) Ordinary shakers are all pretty much the same: familiar,
unadorned, bullet-shaped tools that are typically kept out of sight until needed. But there was a
time when meticulously made cocktails were the drink of choice among the sophisticated, and shakers were works of art. With the introduction
of Señor Shaker, Beeline Creative is returning
the cocktail shaker to its rightful place as a
showpiece both of fine barware and of the
Fashioned from mirror-finished stainless steel,
the 22-ounce, sombrero-wearing, mustachioed
Señor is the perfect guest at any gathering, even when not mixing margaritas (or vodka martinis, shaken, not stirred). And he’s just the first in a
series of collectible Signature Shakers from the experts at Beeline Creative.
There’s no one better qualified to put an innovative twist on a cocktail shaker than former toy
company executive and Beeline Creative president, Brandon Giraldez. Since its founding in 2006,
the company has produced some of the coolest products around, beginning with a bobblehead of
Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, who Giraldez first encountered in a Sunset Boulevard watering
hole in Los Angeles. Since then, Beeline has developed products for Jay Leno, David Letterman
and Conan O’Brien to name just a few, along with the stars of hits like Parks and Recreation,
Pulp Fiction and Anchorman.
Launching alongside Señor Shaker is a line of Signature Steins, figural mugs based on characters
from hot properties such as Star Wars, Doctor Who, Game of Thrones, and Vikings.
“At Beeline we’re all about fun,” says Giraldez. “We saw Señor
Shaker as a way to start the fun even before the drinks are mixed,
and the response has been terrific. We’ve got a whole line of
collectible shakers planned including sport-themed shakers, a
gilded pirate shaker (for rum of course), and a Tennessee colonel
in a bronze finish.”
Señor Shaker and other Beeline Creative products can be viewed
